Sylvia found a new location for the soap workshop. The workshop has been without water for two months. The landlady has refused to fix the pipes. So the women have had to buy water, and carry it. And without water, we are unable to secure a certificate of quality and safety. And without this certificate, we are unable to sell the soap in the stores, hotels, and hair salons. So Sylvia found a new house, and it is owned by an old family friend, Hopefully, they will treat the women well. It is in a safe area, near to Sylvia's mom's house. We have a garden and plan to build a chicken coop at Sylvia's mom's house. So the soap women can have fresh vegetables and eggs within walking distance. I just love how one thing has to do with the other! They will move next week!
