Definition of perspective

a visible scene; especially : one giving a distinctive impression of distance : vista
We spent the past 3 days traveling outside of Kampala.  We traveled with 5 people from Uganda who have never been to the safari park.  Along the way, we got to hear their stories of growing up in this country.  And what they think of the MOPS group in Kampala.  And along the way, we saw the extream poverty.  But we also saw people working very hard, and communities of people dancing, playing soccer, and living their lives with very little.  Just outside the Safari park are people living in mud huts, and grass roofs.  They will never have the opportunity to see the park.  You need to pay a fee and drive through the park.  They have no car or money.  And it was so incredible to take our friends there.  They live so close, but never ever experienced the best of their own country.  Tomorrow we will go to the slum.  But not all Uganda is a slum.  And it is our hope to raise our women up.
