It has been a very busy week. I made 1200 bars of
soap, and shipped the soap to 4 different groups in America. They will receive
the soap in about 3 weeks. And when it is sold, the profits are going to
support the group in Kampala. I want to thank Dianna, Jolie, Amanda, and Chelsea for agreeing to sell
soap for us. We are so grateful for your help!!! If you want 300 bars of

Yesterday I got together with
some friends to start an NGO. The goal
is to raise money for Suubi Teen MOPS in Uganda. To support the education and care of teenage
moms and their immediate families. The
paper work will be filed this week. If
it all goes well, you will be able to donate to our NGO, and receive a tax
credit. This only applies to people in
Germany. But it should help us when
applying for grants. And we hope to receive
many gifts before the end of 2018. Please
keep us in mind. God willing our paper work
will be processed very fast. I am also
looking into starting an online store. I
hope to have handmade paper beads, bags, backpacks, and soap available for you
to buy. And of course all the profits will also support our moms, and their
children. I am very anxious to start a
hairdressing school. We have 10 moms
waiting for their chance at an education.
But we do not have the money to start this school. Eventually we will get there. And I feel so glad that our team is
growing.
Hey congratulations on getting the NGO started. I have been loving the apron that I was sent, and was wondering if I could purchase more of them for gifts? Maybe in your online store?
ReplyDeleteYes. Just ask us. The women can sew almost anything by now. You can even send a favorite dress or shirt. They will sew a copy of it in African fabric. But we are also setting up an online store. Email Sylvia and tell her what you want. She can set a good price, and postage. The women really want work. suubiteenmopsministries@gmail.com
