Sylvia designed new packaging for their soap. It still needs some changes. They will try folding it in the back and adding a 2nd label with the company information. But Sylvia designed this herself and had it printed. The printing will add 150 shillings to the cost of the soap. But the better packing will help them to make an additional 1000 shillings a bar. So now they can sell it and get 3000 shillings a bar. I am very impressed by the initiative and creativity. I am excited to see Suubi soap in the stores in Uganda very soon. They are making great progress. I am so proud of them.
